fbdwn Terms & Conditions

1.1 Binding Agreement. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fbdwn ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the fbdwn platform available at fbdwn.app, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

1.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of fbdwn following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. We will endeavour to provide notice of material changes through a notice posted on the platform or by email to your registered address, but we are not obligated to do so in all cases.

1.3 Capacity to Contract. By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that doing so does not violate any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction. If you are accessing fbdwn on behalf of any organisation or entity, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.

1.4 Language. These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on fbdwn or to use any service offered by the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. fbdwn reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under the age of 18 will be closed immediately and all funds will be dealt with in accordance with applicable laws and our internal policies.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The fbdwn platform is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using fbdwn is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account. fbdwn makes no representation that the services it provides are lawful in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

2.3 Registration Information. When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form. This includes but is not limited to your legal full name, date of birth, residential address within Bangladesh, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

2.4 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, fbdwn requires all players to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Additional documentation such as proof of address or proof of payment method may be requested. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending documentation receipt.

2.5 Single Account Policy. Each individual player may hold only one registered account on fbdwn. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, fbdwn reserves the right to close all associated accounts and retain any balances held therein in accordance with anti-fraud policy.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fbdwn account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use any automated tool to access the platform. fbdwn will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access. You must notify fbdwn immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. Upon receiving such notification, fbdwn will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending resolution.

3.3 Account Accuracy. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. If your residential address, email address, phone number, or payment method details change, you must update your account profile promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may delay withdrawal processing or result in account review.

3.4 Personal Use Only. Your fbdwn account is for your personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, gift, or assign your account or any balance within it to another person. Any attempt to transfer or sell an fbdwn account constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.5 Account Inactivity. An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. fbdwn reserves the right to deduct a monthly inactivity fee from the balance of inactive accounts after providing at least 30 days' prior written notice to the registered email address. If the account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact [email protected].

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. fbdwn accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. The current list of accepted methods is always displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages of the platform.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are displayed within the platform's cashier section and may vary depending on the payment method selected. fbdwn reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice to players.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your fbdwn account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the payment provider's network. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. fbdwn is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. To be eligible to make a withdrawal, you must: (a) have completed KYC identity verification; (b) have deposited funds via at least one verified payment method; (c) not have any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance unless specifically waiving the associated bonus; and (d) not be under investigation for any potential breach of these Terms.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. Standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes to a few hours for amounts within standard thresholds. Larger withdrawals or those requiring additional verification may take up to 3 business days. Withdrawals to bank accounts are subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.

4.6 Same-Method Withdrawal Policy. Where reasonably practicable, fbdwn will process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the initial deposit. If a withdrawal cannot be processed to the original deposit method, fbdwn will request an alternative verified payment method from the player before proceeding.

4.7 Funds Origin. You confirm that all funds deposited into your fbdwn account originate from a legitimate source and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. fbdwn reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on the source of funds where transaction patterns suggest unusual activity.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. fbdwn may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Most bonuses offered by fbdwn are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the total amount that must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in that bonus's specific terms. Winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, bonuses are available only to players who have completed KYC verification, have made at least one qualifying deposit within the promotional period, and have not previously received the same bonus type. fbdwn reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

5.4 Abuse and Collusion. fbdwn employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, match-betting, arbitrage, collusion, and other forms of promotional exploitation. Where evidence of such activity is found, fbdwn reserves the right to void any bonus-derived winnings, close the associated accounts, and retain any funds deposited in connection with the abusive activity.

5.5 Promotion Modification and Cancellation. fbdwn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that such action does not prejudice the interests of players who have already commenced wagering under the terms of that promotion in good faith. Players are advised to check the current terms of any active promotion before opting in.

5.6 One Bonus Per Household. Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus of a given type may be claimed per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms and will be treated as bonus abuse.

6.1 Certified Game Providers. All games available on fbdwn are supplied by internationally certified and audited game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Each provider's games are subject to independent RNG auditing and the certified Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are those attested by the relevant auditing authority.

6.2 Game Availability. fbdwn does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game title. Games may be withdrawn, temporarily suspended, or replaced at any time due to technical issues, provider decisions, or platform maintenance requirements. fbdwn will not be liable for the unavailability of any individual game.

6.3 Malfunction and Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that materially affects the outcome of a game round or a wager, fbdwn reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the stake to the player's account. Where it is not possible to reconstruct the affected round, fbdwn's decision on the appropriate remedy shall be final. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies on fbdwn in all game categories.

6.4 Cricket Betting Rules. Cricket betting markets on fbdwn are governed by the specific sports betting rules published in the sports betting section of the platform. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or interruption, settlement rules follow the standard rules for the relevant competition. BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international matches involving the Bangladesh Tigers are governed by the rules of the respective governing body for result purposes.

6.5 Disconnection Policy. fbdwn is not responsible for loss of internet connectivity, mobile data interruptions, or device failures that occur during a game session or while a bet is active. Where a game server confirms that a round has been completed, that outcome stands regardless of whether the player received the result in their session. Players are advised to ensure a stable connection before beginning any game session or placing a bet.

7.1 General Prohibitions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on fbdwn and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, and potential forfeiture of balance:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to deposit funds
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any other manipulation of sporting event outcomes
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to match-betting, arbitrage, and multi-account bonus harvesting
• Laundering funds through the platform or using fbdwn to facilitate any financial crime
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any fbdwn staff member or other player
• Attempting to access areas of the platform that you are not authorised to access

7.2 Consequences. Where fbdwn identifies a breach of Section 7.1, the following actions may be taken at fbdwn's sole discretion: account suspension pending investigation; permanent account closure; withholding and/or forfeiture of funds; reporting of suspected financial crimes to relevant authorities; and civil or criminal legal action where warranted.

7.3 Reporting Misconduct. Players who become aware of suspected match-fixing, fraud, or other misconduct on the platform are encouraged to report their concerns to [email protected]. All reports are treated confidentially.

8.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your fbdwn account at any time by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Before processing a closure request, fbdwn will confirm your identity and ensure any outstanding wagering requirements or pending transactions are resolved. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method following successful KYC confirmation.

8.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate self-exclusion through the responsible gaming section of their account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, your account is blocked, all marketing communications are suspended, and you will not be able to deposit or wager. Requests to lift a self-exclusion before the elected period has expired will not be processed within the first 30 days of any self-exclusion.

8.3 fbdwn-Initiated Suspension. fbdwn reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time without prior notice where we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms, detect unusual transaction patterns, receive a chargeback or payment dispute, or are required to do so for legal, regulatory, or risk management reasons. During a suspension, we will endeavour to contact the account holder at their registered email address to explain the reason for the suspension and outline the steps required to resolve it.

8.4 fbdwn-Initiated Closure. fbdwn may permanently close an account where a suspension investigation concludes that a material breach of these Terms has occurred, where a player has provided false identity documentation, or where continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk to the platform or other players. In such cases, fbdwn's decision on the treatment of any account balance will be made in accordance with our internal policies and communicated to the player in writing.

8.5 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, whether voluntary or fbdwn-initiated, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. These Terms will continue to apply to any disputes arising from your use of the platform prior to the closure date.

9.1 Platform Availability. fbdwn does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, without interruption, or free from technical errors. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, and third-party service disruptions may affect platform availability from time to time. We will endeavour to notify players of planned maintenance in advance but are not obligated to do so in all circumstances.

9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fbdwn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss, even if fbdwn has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.3 Cap on Direct Liability. Where fbdwn is found liable for direct damages in connection with your use of the platform, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Third-Party Services. fbdwn is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services integrated into the platform, including payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank) and game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming). Any dispute arising from the services of these third parties should be directed in the first instance to the relevant provider.

9.5 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement. You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves a risk of financial loss. fbdwn does not guarantee that you will win or that winnings from any session will meet or exceed your deposits. Past performance in any game category is not indicative of future results. The platform is provided for entertainment purposes and you are solely responsible for the financial decisions you make while using it.

10.1 Right to Amend. fbdwn reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players by email. Minor clarifications or corrections that do not materially affect player rights may be made without specific notification.

10.2 Effect of Amendments. If you continue to use the fbdwn platform after revised Terms have been published, you will be deemed to have accepted the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any changes to the Terms, you should cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 8.1.

10.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had not been included.

10.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and fbdwn with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements between the parties on the same subject matter.
